Brian Vergantino
Brian Vergantino, Co-Founder & Face of the company is a lifelong resident of Middle Township.
With over 20 years of law enforcement experience and more than 100,000 property checks under his belt, Brian brings unparalleled expertise to our team. His extensive knowledge in zoning, code enforcement, and fire inspection, combined with a deep understanding of the island and shore communities, makes him uniquely qualified to lead our efforts in protecting your home.
Since the age of 18, Brian has dedicated his career to public service, and founding Vigilant Property Solutions was a natural extension of his commitment to making a positive impact.
Brian recognized a significant need for a trustworthy home watch service and knows that unoccupied homes are vulnerable and has the expertise to ensure you and your home are not taken advantage of during the vulnerable off season.

Services & Definitions
Storm response*:
Drone survey completed by a certified drone pilot with exterior inspection of the property by a VPS agent. Elite clients get 2 per year and Elite VIP 4 storm responses per year are included additional storm responses are $750 per event.
Drone survey**:
3 point aerial scan of your property to record the condition of the home throughout the year. Preventative and key in maintaining home’s value and structural integrity. Especially useful in the event of a storm to produce documented comps to your insurance company.
Starting at***: Rate includes up to 5 bathrooms per property. Additional bathrooms are $75 per bathroom.
Key holder services:
VPS, holds a key to your property and serves as local point of contact for your property in case of emergency. Key holder status does not guarantee performance of services.
21 point visual inspection:
Comprehensive, peace of mind guarantee that included interior and exterior visual inspections of 21 essential touch points.
Advanced interior and exterior visual inspection:
Physical inspection of property which includes functionality testing. Verification of services and reporting included.
Mail retrieval:
Collection of mail weekly.
Start idle stored cars:
Start and idle vehicle up to 10 minutes. Vehicle will not be driven or moved from stored space. Appropriate doors and windows will be opened and closed as needed to perform services.
Water REQUESTED plants:
Requested plants will be watered only, Vigilant Property Solutions are not responsible for the survival of plants.inspection reporting.
Remove package delivered: Clear front porch of any delevered goods or papers. Packages will be placed inside residence. We are not responsible for damages to package or unboxing.Check landscape maintenance: Verify landscaping is being completed and alert home owner of any landscaping hazards or obstruction.
Check pool spa:
In the event of a pool or spa, weekly checks will be performed to ensure there is no visible damage. VPS is not responsible for close procedures, opening procedures or any part of mechanical operations.
Check water main shut off:
Verify that water main is turned off after every inspection.
